Rentosia provides a property management platform designed for small landlords, offering:

• Free property listing services
• Tenant application management ($5 per qualified applicant)
• Pre-qualification screening tools
• Compliance assistance for New York State regulations
• Communication tools between landlords and prospective tenants

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Service.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Free Services

Property listings and basic inquiry collection are provided free of charge.

4.2 Paid Services

Application management services are charged at $5 per qualified applicant. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your use of paid features
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

4.3 Refunds

Fees for qualified applicants are non-refundable once the applicant data has been provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations, including fair housing laws
• Discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, modify, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
